Hello Michael Buckley and welcome to the BC malware forum. After reviewing your log I see that you are running msconfig in /auto mode which means that you may have selectively removed some items in the past from the startup procedure. This can hide malware from us when we are performing a fix, so we would like you to reenable those startup entries by doing the following:

Please click on Start, then Run, and type msconfig and then press Enter. When the window opens you should be on the General tab. Click on the Normal Startup item. Then press ok until you are out of the program. It will ask you to reboot so reboot normally.

Now please create a new Hijackthis Log and post it here as a reply. I will review it when it comes in.

Like to add that what seams to be wrong is that my computer is crashing sometimes when I do harmless things (it did it when I tryed to open HijackThis). Also some things a very slow to open compared to noraml.

Hi Michael Buckley. I don't see anything in this log that would cause the issues you mentioned. There are a couple of items with files missing so let's fix those.

Start HijackThis and click the Scan button to perform a scan. Look for the following items and click in the checkbox in front of each item to select it:R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O2 - BHO: (no name) - AutorunsDisabled - (no file)

These are optional fixes but I recommend them. They are programs that are not needed at startup and only consume essential resources without doing anything:O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PCMService] "E:\Program Files\Dell\Media Experience\PCMService.exe"
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Find Fast.lnk = E:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\FINDFAST.EXE
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar.lnk = E:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\MSOFFICE.EXE
O4 - Global Startup: Office Startup.lnk = E:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA.EXE

Now close ALL open windows except HijackThis and click the Fix Checked button to finish the repair.

Ok. Now let's do some disk cleanup. Download CCleaner and install it. Start CCleaner and click on the Run Cleaner button in the lower right-hand corner. When it is finished close CCleaner.

Now reboot your computer normally, start HijackThis and perform a new scan. Use the Add Reply button to post your new log file back here along with details of any problems you encountered performing the above steps and I will review it when it comes in. Let me know how things are running.

I have done what you said though I had to do it twice to get rid of the first tow (maby because I used my computer for a few minutes before restarting) I updated CCleaner and ran it. I nomaly had the optional things disabled because I try to get the most preformance out of my computer and have disabled them again. I might be just a bit jumpy about problems on my computer but I have had several that have ended in formating (the most recient being three weeks ago) This is the new log.
