My computer was under major attack last week. Avast trapped lizkavd.exe, but couldn't keep it deleted. It turned into Antivirus Pro 2010. I thought I got that cleaned but, it turned into Security Tool. After many scans and pouring over HJT logs, I have gained the upper hand. However, I have an intermittent problem with google search results redirecting. Example, I searched for bleepingcomputer.com. This site was first the first result, as I expected. I clicked on it and it took me to a page that said this site had been moved, and I would be redirected in a moment. I didn't wait and backed out to the google results. Clicked again, and I was not redirected I was brought to this site correctly. I don't get redirected with every result. Only some, and I can always back out and click again to get to the correct site.

OS = XP Home
Browser = Firefox, I have not tested this problem with IE.
Resident scanner = AVAST pre virus, AVAST, Spybot, SAS, post virus.
Since I got the seres bug, I have installed and scanned with, MBAM, SAS, Spybot S&D, Combofix, and I have spent time researching my HJT logs. I think my logs are clean, but I would like someone with more experience to review them.

First the MBAM Log which is obviously clean:
