Hi, I just tried to install a program called FL Studios, and it gave me an NSIS error that looks like this, before the installer even starts:

Posted Image

It's not the program. On another installer, Mojo Master Game, it didn't install either.

I searched on Google, and I think its the C:/WINDOWS/temp folder being write-protected. I tried to change the permissions with the CMD command: CACLS, but I couldn't figure it out.

I am running Windows XP. FL Studio is available from http://www.flstudio.com/English/frames.html

Thanks for any help in advance.

Why do you need this NSIS installer?

This is my thoughts also, but I have never seen that error before and not real sure what it is about. That is just what a little searching has turned up and thought I would see if it means anything.

I'm not actually sure that I am using the NSIS Installer, but I think its just the way the program wants to be set up, is using this installer. I'll check it out, thank you.
