Hey im new to these forums and you can tell, I dont know much about computers but i know enough.

So i was infected with ( i think ) several viruses or malware, whatever the crap is
and im able to log on to my user name ( running windows xp ) but i have a gray
screen. No icons are on the desktop, start up bar is below the screen so i cant access
it. Ive tried to get onto safe mode and it gives me a blue screen error says something
about the hard drive. I am able to get the icons to show and i can go into "my computer."

I have this "secrurity tools" malware and some "windows system defender."

Everytime something pops up it makes a loud bleeping noise and "security tools"
pops up and say i have 44 infected files. Everytime i try to access internet explorer it
just disappears and i can pull mozilla fox up but " security tools" blocks me from the internet.

So if someone can give me advice to fix my computer or to help you out to see whats wrong,
please do. Ask me whatever you want and ill try to process it or do something.

Thanks to all.
