What do you mean by "web design"? Do you mean that you want to learn to code web pages? Do you mean that you want to create screenshots of proposed web pages, and the have others actually create the pages (which is what web 'design' is)? There have been a bunch of other threads here that discuss this issue. Were there things in the previous threads that you needed explained? The sticky at the top of this section of the forums discusses different tools. Was there something there that we can help you with?

As groovicus says, without you being more specific or looking at any of the other threads then we cant help you much but if you mean you would like to learn how to develop web pages with code (html and css for example) then this website should help.

Another good forum for web design and development is estetica-design-forum.

If you are a little more specific then I might be able to help you a little more.

Hope this helps, Wolfy87.
