Unable to get rid of malware

Recently I downloaded a batch of files, found one I didn't remember downloading, and opened pandora's box...

I have run an avast! scan pre-boot, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Spybot S&D, and deleted various trojans/worms (some in System Volume Information) and still have some problems such as links I click on google being redirected. I also am unable to enter safe mode, which I believe is due to the malware I had in my system. EDIT: I am protected by Outpost Firewall Pro, I forgot to mention.

I am tech-savvy and believe I have to repair my registry since I can't enter safe mode but I want to hear a professional's opinion before I move on, as I have not been very successful. I'll gladly accept any unprofessional help also, since google isn't being cooperative. >,>

  • Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
  • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  • Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
Then please post back here with the following:
