Hey folks!

A strange thing has happened and it's something I cannot explain.

A friend contacted me today stating that he is currently dealing with a virus that he cannot get rid of and that I sent it to him.

Here's what he sent me:

"C:\Documents and Settings\James *his computer*\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Messenger\*his email*@rogers.com\SharingMetadata\*my email*@hotmail.com\DFSR\Staging\CS{F76CF924-AE0F-E12A-CFC6-73CB9E5FC97C}\10\110-{35F2EEE8-8616-493A-8A0F-D9C3BA3652C6}-v110-{35F2EEE8-8616-493A-8A0F-D9C3BA3652C6}-v110-Downloaded.frx:\Family_Key_Logger_v3.02-DIGERATI\crack\svcl32.exe";"Virus found Win32/Heur";"De

Now, he scans regularly and his AVG just found this last night. We haven't communicated on MSN for weeks and his last scan was only a couple of days ago.

Now, I'm in school for IT/Networking; thus, my knowledge with computers is slightly higher than an average user; however, I cannot explain why I have been flagged as the deliverer of this virus.

BTW, my computer is clean as I have scanned it several times and do regular scans every other day (or so).

Can anyone shed some light on this predicament?

Thank you in advance,

Chris.
