Google search results hijacked [First post!]

This is my first post here, thank you in advance for your help!
Per the instructions found in the Preparation Guide, I attempted to run the DDS Tool, but it did not save the files as it was supposed to, just gave me a bunch of jibberish in a notepad file. I was able to run RootRepeal.

As mentioned in the topic, my google search results have been sending me to targeted websites instead of their intended locations, in addition to being inconvenient, it makes me wonder what else may be wrong with my computer! I run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware on a regular basis, and recently downloaded and ran Ad-Aware and Spybot, but I am still experiencing the problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks again!
