Hi, I'm having trouble with my laptop display. The display driver (nvlddmkm.sys) often crashes and the screen blackouts/distorts and it's getting worse. Almost of the time I cannot load my Vista normally. I've tried re-installing the same driver from the makers' site so many times but to no avail! Diagnostics cannot repair it and it always say that there's a bad driver. I wonder if it has something to do with a virus I was infected recently. I also cannot do system restore as I don't have any restore points. I'm now using safe mode to surf the net. Could I have some expertise please? Thanks.
