So I just built myself a brand new computer and decided to install Windows 7 Professional on it (not the RC). It got to about 32% on expanding the files, and quit because it could not read the disc. Taking it out, I saw it was very badly scratched, so I burned a new DVD-R to use. I cannot get my computer to boot from DVD now. It gives the following text:

Verifying DMI Pool Data.....
Boot from CD/DVD:

BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

The Windows 7 Installer said that no changes had been made to my hard drive, but I have a feeling that my hard drive was fiddled with. Any ideas on how to solve this? This is a brand new hard drive.
