looking for some kind of solution ...my laptop boots up..it is a toshiba...all was okay until a couple of days ago when i turned it on..toolbar at bottom is different..start button is now grey not green,,can't access the internet,,can't open explorer..can't access system restore..says it cannot help my computor..alot of files are giving me error codes...still have all my files in tact but when trying to get them off in case of crash,,,won't drop and drag,,,won't let me use usb..won't let me search,,it is blank..lots of other issues.. i am stumped.....not looking for a miracle,,,just some answers as to what my best option is.......thank you
