I was hijacked by police pro. I can get on the internet and that's it. I ordered a new Norton program online with expert installation, but I need to get rid of the old virus program. I click on add/remove and it does nothing. I click on other icons and the same thing happens, but I really need to get into add/remove to delete the other virus program so that the Norton reps can get me set up. Thanks for any help!

Please see the tutorial How to remove Windows Police Pro

When done, click the Logs tab and copy/paste the contents of the new report in your next reply.

Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be asked to reboot your computer so MBAM can proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot normally (not into safe mode) will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.
