Hey,

When I tried to connect to the internet with one of my computers I realized that my username and password had been erased from my "Connect to" window. I filled in my info, but when I tried to connect, the following error message appeared:

Error 691: Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain.

I was afraid that the same thing would happen on my other computer, but all my info was still there and I had no problem with connecting.

Does anyone know what's wrong?

This an office computer or a home computer? Is it possible you were logging in under a different username?

Hi Grinler!

It's a home computer and I wasn't logging in under a different username.

Are you positive you are entering the right username and password? Half the times this happens to me, its because i am entering the wrong info.
