asus p4p800 lan drivers wont load

the onboard 3com 940 gbit pci lan driver wont load
so i bought a netgear ga311 gigabit pci card and got this on installation

sysroot/sys32/ drvr./ga311nds.sys. dev drvr. could not locate the entry point
interlockedpushentryslist in driver ntoskrnl.exe.???????????????

what do i do
i need the network i worked fine before i cloned the hard drive.
