My mother-in-law got hit with the "antivirus_2010", "security tools", and "windows police pro" crapfests and we have finally received a clean scan from Malwarebytes. However, when I try to boot into safe mode, I get caught in an endless boot cycle, which is one of the major problems that was happening with the viruses in place. At this time, that seems to be the only issue as everything else is running normally. But the fact that I can't boot into safe mode is a concern.

DDS pasted below, ark.txt and attach.txt are attached.
