I am trying to use a program that has worked flawlessly since 1998. It is the filing program (paperless office type) called Papermaster or Documagix.
When I try to open it I get the following message:
"This application has failed to start because PIXN20.dll has not been found. Re-installing thisprogram may fix this problem" It didn't.
Actually when I get this warning if I click on it a few times the program eventually comes up. The program is very important to me as I have stored years of information in it. Even though I can presently access it I fear that this may eventually fale, causing me to lose all of the filed information. The company doesn't seem to be servicing the program anymore. I have left emails which go unanswered.

I think this may be a standard .dll file that comes with Windows Vista but I don't know how to find it or how to insert it in the proper place if I do find it.

Cany anyone help me????

worked flawlessly since 1998

My guess is it isn't compatible with Vista
Which version is it?
