I followed the directions to remove Slotch.com redirector. I got rid of everything that needed to be deleted, but I'm still getting some popups now and then. Here's my log:

Before we get started, you have a couple of files that look interesting. I need you to submit them to our malware lab, if you don't mind.

Go here:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/submit-malware.php

One by one, paste in the following lines:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Rwwdoy.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Pmplaa.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\al0cfuse.exe

Once you do that, we need to get HJT in the proper location.

First, please put HijackThis in its own folder. It makes backups,
and it is best to keep them all in one place.
  • Click My Computer, then C:\
  • In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.

That will create a folder named New Folder.
  • Right click on the folder and select 'rename'
  • Rename to something like 'HJT' , and put Hijackthis in there.

I've submitted the files and put HijackThis in its own folder. Sorry about being a bit slow to post, I've been busy lately.

Ok, thanks.

Put a checkmark next to the following entries in HijackThis. Make sure all
other windows and browsers are closed before clicking on “Fix Checked”
.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SurfAccuracy] C:\Program Files\SurfAccuracy\SAcc.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [version] C:\WINDOWS\system32\Rwwdoy.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [secure] C:\WINDOWS\system32\Pmplaa.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [al0cfuse] C:\WINDOWS\system32\al0cfuse.exe
O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

********************************************************

Boot into SAFE MODE by tapping the f8 key during boot up.

Open My Computer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab. Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files". Now click"Apply to all folders"

Click "Apply" then "OK. While you still have the My Computer Window open, click on C:\. Browse to these entries and delete them:
C:\Program Files\SurfAccuracy <-- folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Rwwdoy.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Pmplaa.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\al0cfuse.exe

If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. If it is, uncheck it and try again.
************************************************************************

You are in bad need of an antivirus. Look into AntiVir or AVG. :flowers:

Reboot and post a new log please.

All done, I'll look around for antivirus. I had one, but I recently reformatted and haven't installed another. Here's my new log.

That's it. You're good to go.

My Anti-Virus pinged all three of those files as soon as I downloaded them (AntiVir).
