"windows no disk" virus?

Is there a virus going around that gives an error popup "windows no disk"?
Super anti spyware just found "service.exe" running. It was in sys32/service.exe
I think that might be it.
Anyone run into this guy?

Also was redirecting websites on IE6

As long as it's in the directory: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ it's legitimate

It is a generic error with many causes and solutions as you can see in this thread:

What OS do you use?
I will move you back to that forum?
