This morning Firefox wouldn't load. just out of curiosity i also tried IE and it wouldn't load either. so of course i couldn't post a question at that time. i checked task manager and nothing was running. i decided to try to restart my computer to see if that would work. before windows shut down i got an error message ( i should have written down the exact wording ) but i think i basically said the program was not responding - MEDIA.FASTCLICK.NET. so i clicked on end now. then it shut down/started up and everything worked fine.

Not knowing what that program was i ran adaware and spybot but both came up clean. so right now i'm not sure what happened or if i need to do somethong else. looking forward to your reply - Keith
