Hi,
This is the first post for me, and i would really appreciate any help anyone could give.
A quick piece of history, I have been using AOL 9 with no problems until recently, when I logged on with AOL I could not get a web page to open, if i opened Internet explorer everything worked OK. Tried reinstalling AOL 9 but then I was told a firewall was stopping the Internet access. I am using Mcafee firewall which i disabled but still no joy. I have got a copy of AOL 8 still on my system and this works fine, but party poker can not gain access to the Internet.

Whoops..I missed this yesterday. Thanks for being patient.

I don't see anything wrong with your log. Have you checked with any AOL help forums?

What message did you get when the web page didn't open?

Hi Groovicus,
Think I am sorted now, Looks like my out of date anti-virus was stopping any connection, I changed to Mcafee but did not bother to un-install norton.
After uninstalling Norton today everything is working fine.
Thanks again for your time, its good to know theres help only a click away.
Matt
