Hi Guys,

Could anyone help me with the drivers for a philips TV Card. Well, actually all that is written on the card is:

Philips 3139 147 18201H#
FM1216 ME/I H-3
SV20 0335
Made in Indonesia

I would very much appreciate clues where I could get drivers for this TV Card. It seems to be an out of date card though.

I couldn't find a driver hit on the philips name but I did find some one the tuner chip
The tuner chip appears to be made by Avermedia. You can get the files from driverguide.com. Sign up for a free account and search for fm1216 I can't tell you which driver to get exactly since non are made specifically for your device. Also be careful google searching for the fm1216 driver I found a few sites trying to install spy ware. (driver detective). I have used driverguide.com in the past with good results.
