Possible rookit infection? I scanned with malwarebytes and spybot, nothing was detected. My computer is really slow now and if I try to open yahoo messenger or just web browse on mozilla it will freeze up. Computer also seems to be severely overheating. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure it's a registry error now from downloading/uninstalling microsoft silverlight. Anybody have any idea how I can fix this?
