Film stills?

Hey, I want to take decent film stills of a movie, how do I do so? I have Windows me by the way...

if you use power dvd player on your desktop, there is a little button on the control panel of this program which enables you to take a good quality still from the movie, simply pause the movie, click the button and the photo will be saved as a jpeg.
