I suspect malware! (Windows XP)

I feel like i'm pretty hosed on this one.

I can't connect to the internet, the linksys advisor won't start and my computer won't connect to the wireless. (the internet is working i'm on a different laptop)
Scans keep showing up with hits (that are always different)
Also, all firewalls are disabled and cannot be accessed.
I'm getting the "Active desktop recovery" error message.

Probably not enough information i know... please tell me what else i need to tell.
Also, i have Macafee

Oh yeah i'm not sure if this helps but my sound won't work, it won't pick up any devices now
