Incredibly slow Win XP

Win XP MCE
SP 3
Intel Celeron
2 gig ram

CA Security Suite
SD Tea Timer


Lately computer is ridiculously slow at times it freezes or is often very slushy.

I ran MBAM with 0 problems found

When I open Task Manager it is at 100%

Any ideas appreciated

Which process is at 100%

It varies
firefox.exe = my browser
ITMRTSVC.exe = unsure what this is
JQS.exe = java quick start
cctray.exe = cc cleaner
UmxAgent.exe = not sure what this is

Also it takes two or three attempts to raise the task manager
