Hello to all,

I am new to this forum and my hope is that i can find here the help that I need for those tough to crack cases of malware infections that it seems are presenting themselves with more and more regularity. Although by title I am the "IT Manager" here at the company I work for, in my own eyes i am nothing more than a, yes more than most people, technologically inclined impostor who will at any minute be discovered as being nothing more than a good googler of any and all issues that I run into. Truth is, without the internet and it's amazing search engines I would be completely and utterly lost in my profession and would probably be a professional beach bum.

I thank you all in advance for your help and promise to offer up my limited knowledge if and when needed.

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
