Hi everyone, im trying to build a new computer, mainly for gaming and work (writing code mainly). Up until know I've been looking around (in newegg) and ended up with:

OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ600MXSP 600W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply compatible with core i7

LG 22X DVD±R DVD Burner Black IDE Model GH22NP20

SAPPHIRE 100279-1GL Radeon HD 4870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card

Scythe SCKTN-3000 92mm Sleeve "KATANA3" 3Heat Pipes CPU Cooler

RAIDMAX SMILODON Extreme Black ATX-612WEB 1.0mm SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Foldout MB Computer Case

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST31000528AS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5

AMD Phenom II X4 810 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor Model HDX810WFGIBOX

Kingston 2GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Desktop Memory Model KVR1066D3N7/2G

ASUS M4A77TD Pro AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard

The total for these parts is $715.61 USD, do you guys think I could build something better for the same amount or something equivalent for less?

My budget for the new computer is: around $600 - $700 USD

What are the primary uses for this computer (IE: mail, web browsing, programming, games, etc)? programming, web browsing, gaming maybe a little image editing

What software do you intend on using on the computer?
OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu,
Games: TF2, Fallout 3, GTA IV, etc...
Apps: Image editors, Code editors, Media player, etc...
Others: Java, C, Python and C++ (coding, compiling, executing)

Do you play games? If so, what type of games?: All kinds, from shooters to RPGs, old and new

Do you tend to have a lot of programs running at the same time, or do you close every program when you are done using it?: I try to hve the least possible programs running , it stresses me out to have many wndows open

Do you store a lot of pictures or music on the computer?: I do need a lot of storage

Thanks in advance!

Edit: added the template
