Hi, i first noticed this problem when mcafee started reporting somthing it called "FakeAlert-AZ" it would "fix" it. And then "fix" it again later, and again and again. Meanwhile i started receiving weird popups to sites such as go211.com or register defend and other fake sounding virus removal. I tried installing mbam but the exe would be missing everytime i installed. I then did some investigating and found about 8 or so strange newly created hidden files in system32. They all had names where the consonants and vowels alternated like : yitabuza.dll or narudoku.exe. Using hijackthis i tried to get rid of the entries for files like these but they just come back. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Thanks and again sorry for the delay.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan:
  • Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explanation about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
