i can't see left side panel in my computer...

hey guys,

I hav windows xp2, but i can't see the left side panel in my computer which shows system tasks, other places and details.... how to restore this... plz help me.... thanx in advance......

Have you tried tapping F11 or 12 once(not sure) to see if the page snaps back.
Or next try the OSD (on-screen display) for the monitor. Check the Horizontal Size and/or Position.

Open up "My Computer", click on tools in the toolbar, then click on folder options. Make sure that the box for "Show common tasks in windows" is selected. That should give you what you want, if it does not, I am clueless

If you have to select "Show common tasks in windows" make sure to click Apply to save the change.
