Hello, a few days back I became infected with the Rogue antispyware Security tool....its actually really nasty.
Ive been searching nonstop and doing all I can to try and find a solution, and a way to rid my system of it, yet nothing seems to work.

It disabled my task manager, as well as my ability to run programs like malware bytes.
It disabled my desktop, and my taskbar also.....after some work, I managed to get the task manager going though....and my taskbar back...

I cant seem to boot up into safemode either...

I've run combofix, but the problems have not remedied...These are the logs from combofix's run though...

I would appreciate it so much if someone could look over the logs and please help me in any way possible.
Ive pretty much hit a dead end and have been doing all I can for days...thank you so much for your time and effort ahead of time...
