Good afternoon and thanks for any help in advance.
I believe I am officially in a world of bleepe
I had a couple of AV spyware popups. I attempted to run malbytes anti malware. However, it would not register as being on the computer. I then attempted SUPER AntiSpyware. It wouldn't run a scan. Realizing things were not good, I attempted to restore using system restore but it had no backup dates previous (even though it was set up for bi weekly points). Finally, I attempted to restart in safe mode with the 'start in safemode' option with the superantispyware.
The computer shut down and upon restart went to the screen giving me the options for start in safe mode, etc.
Regardless of which option I enter, the screen flashes blue for a moment then shuts down. It then restarts to the options to start in the various modes.
I'm now officially stymied :flowers:
I'm running XP and do not have the original nor start up discs. ANY help and/or direction (even the bad news) will be greatly appreciated!

See if MBAM will run after that nd post the log.
