You can remove all temp folders.

First - open IE and click on "Tools" and then on "Internet Options".
on the first tab - the "General" tab click "delete cookies" and then "delete files under "Temporary Internet files".

Then, double click on your "MY COMPUTER" ikon on your desktop.

Right click on drive C and choose "properties"

On the "General" tab click on "disc cleanup". Choose what you want to delete from there. You can delete all temp files.
