I found this site after solving various issues on the Avast forum. Im currently travellingthrough China. My girlfriends father has just met us with a new sony laptop which he jas just installed Vista. However, when he tries to open a webpage through internet explorer, it will open at his homepage but then he cannot click on anything in the page, only on his desk top. frustrating for him, and thus us, and hopefully very simple to solve.

please let me know if I need to re post this question in another area of the forum.

We have 2 more weeks with him and his frustration levels are increasing daily.....please help

Anyway, hello everyone, and thanks in advance
