Stop error 0x0000007B

Received blue screen of death after restarting with error 0x0000007B (0xFFFFF98000A06960, 0xFFFFFFFFC0000034, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000).

I've tried running antivirus, cleanups, even going back to the original restore point. My computer is not even two months old, so this is incredibly frustrating.

OS is Vista Home Premium 64bit. Bought the computer from newegg.com, it's a gateway DX4800-o5e

Have you recently changed any BIOS settings?
