Hello there and thanks in advance.

Recently was infected with a Trojan xml_inc.dll that gave me a nasty keylogger and stole my video game accounts. :) ( C:\WINDOWS\system32\xml_inc.dll/C:\WINDOWS\system32\xml_inc.dll Infected: Trojan-GameThief.Win32.WOW.ilg 12 ) . Also as a result from looking for a fix i believe i contracted the SPYWARE TOOL virus ( C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\25186830\25186830.exe Infected: Packed.Win32.Krap.x 1). Possibly VUNDO VIRUS? Making me go mad :(

It was deleting the MBAM.exe as I was installing it to remove the malware, but I finnaly managed to rename the .exe before it deleted it while it was installing. :( LoL. MBAM was ran and found the malware SECURITYTOOL and also found my TROJAN XML_INC.DLL ! Malwarebytes removed all of these, and I believe it was successful in removing the xml_inc trojan but the SECURITY TOOL came back after a few restarts.

SO I ran MBAM a few more times and there is one Trojan it can not get rid of. This is named ZIPOWATONA - loading SUBAPADE.DLL on startup. I have tried a few different Anti-Virus including AVG,AVIRA, SAS, nothing has been able to find/rid my computer of it.

Please, Please, Please help me get rid of this last trojan. Also, if there is anyway to actually tell if XML_INC.dll (my game keylogger) is actually gone need some help with that also. THANKS in advance. - duckyz

]Below is my MBAM report, DDS report, and my regular HJT report. Have also included(attached) RootRepeal (forgot to rename-sorry!) and Attach.txt

Hello,

We apologize for the delay in responding to your request for help. Here at Bleeping Computer we get overwhelmed at times, and
we are trying our best to keep up.

My name is Syler and I will be helping you to solve your Malware issues. If you have since resolved your issues I would appreciate if you
would let me no so I can close this topic, if you still need help please let me no what issues you are still having, in your next reply.

ComboFix should not be run unless requested by a HJT Team member. It is an extremely powerful tool which should only be used when instructed to do so by someone who has been properly trained. ComboFix is intended by its creator to be "used under the guidance and supervision of an expert", NOT for private use. Please read Combofix's Disclaimer. Using this tool incorrectly could lead to disastrous problems with your operating system such as preventing it from ever starting again.

Post the contents of C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.

  • Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
  • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  • Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
Then please post back here with the following:
  • Combofix.txt
  • log.txt
  • info.txt
Thanks
