Being new to the pc world after my 12 year old son had finished playing about on line last night we could not turn the pc off from the normal start bar, but what I noticed was a little grey box with a red X in the left top corner. In the box was written WINKERNAL with a OK button to click on this keeps popping up.Is this a virus and what can I do to get rid of it?Will any anti virus product deal with this?I would be grateful for any help we are panicking here.
