Hi Guys
i am using windows Vista Home premium
I have just carried out a restore to factory settings. all went OK
I have usb speakers plugged in. They are Working
When i plug in headphones, the speakers still work with no sound coming out of the headphones.
When i right click the speaker item and click play back devices i see 3 items
1. Speakers/headphones , Sigmatel
2. Digital output devices,
3. Speakers USB.

To get the speakers off and the headphones on i have to change No 1 to default
and like wise if i want to get my usb speakers to work i change No 3 to default.

I would have thought if you plug in the headphones it would change automatically
Any Ideas
