Hello.
My niece downloaded Incredimail to my brothers pooter.
Windows XP and loaded to the hilt, if your wondering.
Some of his friends won't open an email from him now, because
every Incredimail message he sends comes with an attachment,
which is the banner ad for this emoticon download.
How the hell can we be rid of this annoyance?

Send as a blank email without the Incredimail attachment or uninstall the program.

I happen to like it and do use it sometimes, but to each his own.

Sending an email message without the attachment is our primary goal here.
It's the how to get rid of the attachment that is the prob.

It's an automatic attachment, he has no say in whether it's included or not.
As for deleting the program, I've done quite a bit of research on Incredimail, and if you want to get rid of it completely, you need to finish up by deleting parts of it from your registry one bit at a time. My Bro's a newbie.

He liked Outlook express once I explained how to use it. In fact, he used Outlook for more than a year with no trouble. Then his daughter down loaded this Incredimail crap and he's losing email contacts because of this attachment.

If I had an ounce of brotherly love, I'd download Incredimail myself, and work it out.
We're not THAT close!

Thanks
Greg

Is the version your brother using a free version or the paid version. If it is the free version, all you have to do is buy the pro version and the ad will be magically gone. lol

I use Incredimal myself. I would actually like to see this attachment your brother sends out automatically. If you would not mind.. send me a pm if it would be all right if I gave you my own e-mail.. I would like to see.
