deleting duplicate files

ive gone tooo far and used the 'dupicate file cleaner ' of automatic registry cleaner to wipe out my programing , now windows doesnt come up , im a real newby can anyone help me?

sorry to hear about that

if you have your original windows xp disc i suggest you try a recovery install as outlined here
