I have found many such cases on EBay for anywhere from 30 to 100 bucks. They are big enough for the vid card as well as being predrilled for most mainstream mobo configs too. Just go to EBay and search for computer cases, you'll find something to fit the bill I'm sure.

2 XFX Radeon 4890's in Crossfire mode custom watercooled full copper EK blocks,  XSPC rs360 triple 120 radiator
