Hello, I am moving this from XP to Web Browsing/Email and Other Internet Applications

If Firefox is crashing, first make sure you are using the latest public release version of Firefox, which will have the most recent fixes. You can download and install the latest version of Firefox from mozilla.com or choose Help -> Check for Updates.

when mine was crashing it was because of an add-on

try this

start->all programmes->firefox->firefox(with no addons)

run it and disable one add on at a time and check if the orignal firefox works

hope this helps :thumbsup:
