I've been fighting with Office calendar from lookout software for years trying to get Outlook calendars and contacts to sync. Lookout support has been useless. What happens is synchonization will work for 2 to 4 weeks, then items start getting dropped and this gets progressively worse until there is no synchrization at all. I call up support and by basically reseting all users, synchronization starts working again, but they refuse to accept that this is a reoccuring probelm and drop the issue. Can anyone help? I'd love to be able to fix this but at this point I'll take a good alternative product (because the office has only 5 users, exhange is too expensive to really be an option).
