Hello,

Download CleanUp!.
If that doesn’t work, use this link.
Don't run the program, we'll do that later.


Download LQfiz by Miekemoes.
Unzip it to your desktop.
Don't use it yet.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

start hijack this and put a check at the following lines

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [18er6voh] C:\WINDOWS\System32\18er6voh.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [vidctrl] C:\WINDOWS\System32\vidctrl\vidctrl.exe

Now click Checked
And close hijack This

We need to make sure all hidden files are showing so please:* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.
Now remove the following File
C:\WINDOWS\System32\18er6voh.exe

And the following folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\vidctrl


Run LQfix
and reboot the computer back to normal mode.

Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu). Set the program up as follows:
*Click "Options..."
*Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
*Put a check next to the following:
  • Empty Recycle Bins
  • Delete Prefetch files
  • Scan local drives for temporary files
  • Cleanup! All Users
Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.

Once it's done, decline to log off.

Reboot the computer,
and post back in this topic with a fresh log using HijackThis.
Please tell me if everything is all right again.
