I was wondering if someone can help me, as I'm at a loss as how to fix the above problem - which in AVG was coming up as Max++. As described on previous topics, this evil monstrosity has decided to stop all my virus protection/spyware pro and malware remover software from working. After researching online on how to remove the infection the problem got worse. As soon my laptop starts up onto my desktop I get a warning telling me that my laptop will be restarting in sixty seconds. My Wonder Woman wallpaper has been replaced by what looks like the blue screen of death - really, it's just a blue background.
So, starting up in normal mode isn't an option. And as much as my instincts tell me to throw my laptop out the window, I have a nursing portfolio to hand in this coming Friday. If anyone could help, I'd be grateful.
I'm not very good at working this out for my help, as vista just confuses novices like me. But I can follow instructions. Can anyone help me?
