my friend can not run any of internet network stuff after reformat

he forgot to install a driver for internet and now he doesnt know which to get it
(in fact, he hasnt installed any drivers)

his network adapter says card he has is Realtek rtl8139

so getting a realtek rtl8139 would fix his problem??

isnt there any other things that he needs to get in order to make internet work?
(I have done some research from this forum and people wrote down all the process or drivers in computer for the sake of helpers
and I wonder if theres any program that catches out what devices you have so i can upload his computer info for you)

i would really appreciated the help

Everest Home edition, you can use that to see what hardware is inside the computer. His network isn't working because you said he has no drivers. What you can do is google 'realtek rtl8139 drivers' and download the driver, save to a flash drive and plug it in his pc and install it.

The realtek rtl8139 is already installed in his computer.
