Hello my name is Vijay, and today I am glad to join the community. This year on my friends advice who is a software programmer (went back to India), I did not renew my dell warranty for my WIN XP. They want $250.00 dollars for 1 Year.

I have posted 2 problems under 9gan9esh9. I hope all of you exprienced folks will help me with my situation.
