try this program http://www.revouninstaller.com/

It will remove everything.

Just look for webroot or type it in it search.
To uninstall a Program simply double click on its icon in Revo Uninstaller.
Itíll then provide you four modes to uninstall a software: Built-in, Safe, Moderate and Advanced. (I like Advanced)
Click next

Now it will uninstall the program.

when it finish uninstall go back to Revo click selected all then delete.

Click next then selected all then delete.
click finish.

Hope this help

Just to clear things up
What is the name of the program you want to uninstall? Is it Total Security 2009?
Is it Webroot or Webroot won't uninstall this anti-virus program
