I have been watching tv via a pc to tv hookup (s-video) & it is working out pretty good for my needs. I still need to use a monitor for browsing to different tv sites, etc., since the crt tv screen resolution make everything blurry, as far as text goes.

I see that they offer the PC to TV Wireless Video Sender units which will eliminate the cables all over the living room floor; Anyone have any experience with one, or know if they work well? I've read a few mixed reviews n them...

I found this one for around $75.00 - http://www.thenerds.net/RF_LINK.58_GHz_Aud...e=18-45156705-2

I know, you get what you pay for - but if I'm gonna spend a $200 + I want to be sure this technology works well to justify the purchase.

Your thoughts/opinions?

Thanks!

Can't say as I have, preliminary Googling isnt finding much research info either. In a perfect situation an HDMI connection from the PC to the TV would be best.

After reading my initial post, I see I should clarify my needs. I will be keeping the S-vid connection to the tv from my pc, since they are next to each other.

What I want to do is have my pc monitor on the coffee table across the room, probably 10' from the pc. I need to be able to transmit the signal from the pc to the monitor wireless, as well as a wireless keyboard/mouse setup. What I want to eliminate is a monitor cable coming out of the pc & stretch it across the floor for 10' or so for the connection to the monitor.
