At 9:05 PST Microsoft has announced the availability of Windows Vista Beta 1 to its more than 10,000 beta testers.Beta 1 is currently being made available to staggered users in steady increments of people in order to provide the resources necessary to download the beta. It currently is not available on connect.microsoft.com where many beta testers will be able to download their copy. In honor of this new release, and the many discussions that will be about this new version of the software, Bleeping Computer has opened a new forum dedicated to discussions about Windows Vista.
