I allowed my 20 yr old son to borrow my school laptop.....stupid decision, now it's infected.
Cannot open anything even dwnloaded help from this site. My sis said to ask and I shall receive!!
Please walk me thru this.
Desperately need court docs and cant retrieve anything!!!

:thumbsup: Soooo not over the top lol. BleepingComputer is great! I saved my laptop once before
